Should I be able to use PowerDVD fitler with VMR9?


I get a message that the CyberLink Video/SP decoder output can not connect to the VRM9 input pin.


I can use WinDVD video filter with VMR9 or PowerDVD with overlay. I used the combination of the two to verify the type of the connection pins (the GUID) and they appear to be compatible.

PowerDVD does not work at all (almost) with ZP. Use windvd 5 instead or the sonic's.

its a 30 day evaluation period


for the VMR9 + cyberlink u need zoomplayer 3.30 and than add the "DirectVobSub" filter http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/g...8.zip?download

as "additional filter" and select vmr9 windowed.


In the VobSub filter properties page u need also move yuy2 mode (at color pane) up so thats used before yv12 if your PC freeze.

Who told you that? PDVD5 works well with ZP and ffdshow and is in fact one of the only ways you can use VMR9 as windvd will not work with it due to macrovision issues. I switch back and forth between PDVD and Windvd.

Damn I never noticed the 30day trial period with Elecard.


AnyDVD solves the Macrovision problem with WinDVD and VMR9.

It works great.
