New Denon X-Series AVRs with HDMI 2.1
The 2020 X-Series AVRs from Denon are here. Get ready for some major upgrades in capability including HDMI 2.1 for 8K HFR and eARC, DTS:X Pro (on select models) for the most immersive sound and even a “pre-amplifier” mode that disengages the internal amps. There’s a ton more that’s new in these 2020 models.
The new models are the Denon AVR-X6700H ($2499), AVR-X4700H ($1699), AVR-X3700H ($1199), and AVR-X2700H ($849 MSRP). Denon also plans an HDMI board upgrade to 2.1 for current AVR-X8500H owners.
