FiOS guide - where to set it to be 16:9?

I switched to FiOS a little over a month ago, how do I make the guide wide-screen? I'm already seeing some image retention on my TV due to all

the time in the 4:3 guide. Thanks!

Hello all,

First, my apologies for posting this in the incorrect area. I'm now thinking this should have been posted in the HDTV Recorders section.

Second, after long discussions with Verizon FiOS, it turns out my STB doesn't have the firmware that enables the guide to go 4:3. Verizon is sending me a new STB that is an upgrade and has a 16:9 guide.

Same problem here with Cablevision. The newer STB's can support full 16:9 on screen displays, but one of my older STB's can only do 4:3. I just live with it for now .
