Send a mod a pm or something, I've allready asked to make a thread a sticky ( http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showt...42#post8971042 ) don't want to be pushy in asking again.

Thanks again for all your support. I was bored and since my other thread is not seeing much action, I came up with this. LOL

I mean don't lose either the link or all the info. I've got a couple of things to add to it and if you don't mind, I'd like to post it elsewhere along with proper credits Doc.

I don't mind adding to it. This is a work in progress. Where did you want to post it elsewhere? Proper credits?

Well, on sub placement, I wrote the following, http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htf/...d.php?t=177449 which also includes an article by Tom Nousaine.

The following three pdf downloads were written by Dr. Floyd Toole, who's the VP of acoustical engineering at Harman International. They're part of a lecture series in the The Science of Audio. The downloads are pretty quick even on a dial-up.

http://www.harman.com/wp/pdf/Loudspeakers&RoomsPt1.pdf

http://www.harman.com/wp/pdf/Loudspeakers&RoomsPt2.pdf

http://www.harman.com/wp/pdf/Loudspeakers&RoomsPt3.pdf

The next three, also by Toole provide additional information.

Loudspeakers & Rooms - Working Together

Maximizing Loudspeaker Performance In Rooms

Waves & Modes-A Room Resononance Locator (XLS spreadsheet)

A little off topic, but still interesting is this article by Toole:

I hope this is the place to post this question.

Crikey, he gave ya like a zillion links to look at...

100ft, 12 guage sounds fine if you are running under 200 watts.
