I have subject system which is discontinued. My question is related to the door chime not working and I assume if I can find a new IC5002 that this would resolve the problem? I can buy a unit but don't want to spend cash on non returnable item only to find out the chime function is on some other control or device in theOn-Q system.

Thanks for any help on confirming this or suggesting any alternate solution as I was just quoted $6500 to use all existing RJ45 connections and have them installed AKVUX system (which I know nothing about.

Yes. The door unit is a common point of failure in these systems. Assuming the rest of your Selective Call Intercom works, go for the replacement. I have a few here that I could sell to you if you'd rather not go eBay fishing.

Hello do you still have any ls5002 units for sell?
I have brand-new Oil Rubbed Bronze units that I used to sell on eBay for $300.
Still seems to be the going rate.
Since I'd save the money by selling here, 285 would make me the same amount of money and should be a hair cheaper than the going eBay rate.
Manufacturing date code is 50th week 2020 (DC: 5020)
If you need other intercom hardware let me know, as I have a mix of new and used Legrand ONQ Selective Call Intercom stuff.

I have one, but it's not in OB finish. The circuit boards of IC5004 units are held on with four screws. You can buy a working one in any color and swap out the boards between the working one and the OB frame you have. $250 if you want it.

I have another IC5004 should you need it.
I also have IC5002 units both new and used. If you're willing to foot the bill to ship it, I'll send you one of my used ones to test your front door out. If it works, we can work out something. Maybe $200 for a used unit that we've tested working?

Hello Tux, I hope you may be able to help me with figure out the problem with my Legrand /on q ic1000 intercom system. My door chime rings constantly. I have replaced the doorbell with a completely new unit. Still rings constantly. I replaced the door chime card (that sits on the back of the main module). The chime still does the same thing with the continual ringing. Do you think this could be a problem in the main module? Is there something else I could try? I want to return the system to working condition but not sure it is worth spending almost $400 to have the module repaired. I have found a company that says they can refurbish it I am not sure that is even the problem. If I don't have the door bell connected the rest of the system works fine. I have 7 intercom stations in the house. Only one door. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm only on about once a day. I highly recommend removing your email and phone number from the previous post to avoid email and text spam.
I have IC5004 and IC5003 units in my inventory. The IC5003's will work to replace a faulty IC5002. I will message you privately in this forum.

@tuxkamen - looks like you have no IC5003 units left, bummer, as I could use one.

Any suggestions on how to integrate a different door bell unit such as a Wyze, Ring, or ??? I would like the chime to ring on the Selective intercom units throughout the house.

Also, I have a selection of Unity components we never used, if there is any interest in your part. Thank you.
