Hello everyone. So I have a question about streaming from multiple devices on the same router/wifi point. A few years back in a previous home I had a 5-TV setup in the same room (primarily for sports viewing). With that setup I had 3 full size cable boxes and 2 of the smaller digital adaptor boxes from Spectrum cable company. See picture of my old setup.
Anyways, I moved out of that place and I want to recreate the setup, except this time I want it to be exclusively streaming with no cable boxes. Question is, how much internet speed will I need to stream 5 HD TVs at once (sports games for example) and will it work all off of the same wifi access point. I have a google nest setup. The room the TVs will be in will have its own wifi point (though not the main router). I have Spectrum ultra internet and I usually can count on anywhere from 50mbps-250mbps download speeds depending on time and other circumstances. Average is probably around 100 or so.
Will I be able to stream 5 games at once using my cable companies app/espn app/ youtube etc? All the TVs are TCL Roku TVs.
Any help/suggestions/comments appreciated. Thanks.
