MENU NAVIGATION LAG:
Try replacing the remote batteries if you have TV menu navigation lag.
TV Hum/Buzzing:
Does your TV have a Hum/Buzzing Problem? Here are links to an example of the issue.

I believe the issue is limited to TVs manufactured in Mexico, and so far no TVs made in China have been reported to have the issue. My qm851g made in China does not have the problem.
SERVICE MODE? Directions for accessing the TV service mode: Service Menu .PDF
FACTORY RESET:
Resets TV to an out of the box condition - all accounts and apps wiped. The factory reset may be required to restore the normal function of some TV features after a firmware update.
The steps to do a factory reset: Settings -> system -> about -> reset -> factory reset
